Tickets, Admission & Cancellation
1.1 Upon booking a ticket you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 The Organiser reserves the right to add to or amend these Terms from time to time. Please check the FAQ’s section regularly for changes and to ensure you have up to date information as these are binding on you. If you purchase a ticket after any amendment to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the updated version of these Terms.
1.3 Tickets are sold through our official ticket agents who act on behalf of the Organisers and Promoters of the event. Full terms and conditions relating to the purchase of tickets through the ticket agents can be found on their websites.
1.4 The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission.
1.5 Only valid tickets will be accepted on presentation at the event. All concert tickets for shows promoted by Crosstown Concerts are the property of the promoter. Be careful not to purchase tickets from unofficial third party sources as it cannot be guaranteed that they are genuine and invalid or duplicated tickets will not be accepted. Our official tickets include SEE, Gigantic, Eventim, DICE, Ticketmaster, Twickets , Ticketweb, Bristol Ticket Shop. Our offical resale ticketing site is Twickets.
If you are in doubt as to the validity of a ticket agent not listed above then please email info@crosstownconcerts.com for assistance. Please note that emails to this address are only likely to be answered during office hours of 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
Under no circumstances will we accept entry into our concerts for customers using tickets bought through Viagogo, Stub Hub or any other secondary ticketing site.
1.6 When requested on selected concerts, valid photographic ID must be shown when presenting your ticket, to match the printed name on the ticket.
1.7 All tickets are non-transferable.
1.8 Admission is at ticket holder’s own risk. The Organisers will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at any event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the actions of other patrons or third parties or force majeure.
1.9 If the event is cancelled, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded and not the booking fee.
1.10 Wristbands that are removed from the wrist, lost or have been tampered with will be deemed invalid and will not be replaced. Any wristbands issued at any event promoted by Crosstown Concerts remain the property of the promoter.
1.11 Door opening times are printed on all tickets. Curfew may vary so please check venue websites or social media for accurate show times. Please note showtimes are always subject to change.
1.12 There is generally no re-entry to any event (with the exception selected family re-admission policy at certain shows) but in general please check entry conditions on the venue website.
Age Policy
2.1 All age restrictions are specific to each venue, so please check venue websites. Crosstown Concerts will not be held liable for incorrect age restrictions printed on tickets by venues or official ticket agents.
2.2 If a venue states “A responsible adult MUST accompany any person who is under the age of 16” that responsible adult must be over 18 and supervise those under 16 at all times.
2.3 On occasion personal identification will be required to gain entry to concerts. Acceptable ID: full British photo driving licence, valid passport, pass logo ID card.

Search Policy
3.1 For the safety of our customers and staff, security may conduct stringent searches at the entrance to the venue.
3.2 Anyone found to be carrying illicit items will have them confiscated and may be removed from the concert and handed over to the police where necessary.
3.3 Please do not attempt to bring any of the following items inside concerts -
• Fireworks, laser pens, or flares
• Alcohol, illicit drugs, or legal highs including nitrous oxides
• Animals (with the exception of guide dogs)
• Selfie sticks
• Glass
• Cans
• Hi Vis waistcoats, jackets or vests
• Bicycles and scooters
• Food/ Drink / Cool boxes / picnic hampers
• Pens or Paint
• Unmanned aerial vehicles (aka Drones)
• Anything which could be considered an offensive weapon or could cause danger.
This list is not exhaustive and is subject to change.
General
4.1 The artist and performer line-up and all billed attractions are subject to change at any time without notice.
4.2 Strictly no commercial activities or trading at any concert unless previously agreed by the Promoter.
4.3 Crosstown Concerts accepts no responsibility for goods or services purchased from third party traders.
4.4 As a condition of sale, the ticket holder consents to being filmed, photographed and recorded for television, radio, webcast and other public broadcast and/or for any video/DVD or by onsite CCTV cameras and recordings for security purposes.
4.5 All UK venues operate under the Smoke Free Regulations, Failure to comply with these regulations and event signage may result in ejection.
4.6 Warning: exposure to loud and excessive music may be damaging to your hearing. Please ensure children wear suitable hearing protection.
4.7 Pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lighting and other special effects may take place during some performances.
4.8 Due to coronavirus Covid-19 you may be asked to take a temperature test before entry into a concert , and may be asked to use provided hand sanitiser. Refusal to do so may result in customers not gaining entry.
